August 2018: Hallstedt Homestead cherries were utilized in a pop-up dinner at Willowbrook Mill in Northport, MI. Chef Jimmy Schmidt of Detroit, MI used the cherries in a sauce for his Peking Duck…according to Mimi Heberlein, owner of Willowbrook, “they were superb!”
